We proudly offer FREE standard shipping within the USA on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days via DHL
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the USA. We’re working on expanding worldwide—stay tuned!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. At SnugglyWord, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your blanket, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Refunds will be issued back to original mode of payment within 3 weeks.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Returns should be sent to our warehouse in the Dallas, Texas (DFW area). We will provide the return address once your return is approved.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
